A Bit About Me
Hi, I am Doctor Stephen Dewitt, a chiropractor in Madison, Wisconsin. As a family chiropractor, I treat patients of all ages for various medical conditions, injuries, or accidents.
Since joining LSM Chiropractic, I have focused on teaching children (and adults) the importance of chiropractic, hoping they could avoid chronic spinal problems as an adult.
Being an Eagle Scout, I am an adult leader in my son's Boy Scout troop in Sun Prairie, WI. He is an active participant in the Glacier Edge Boy Scout council. He teaches young scouts the importance of leadership, outdoor camping, nature, citizenship, and the extent of community service.
My family and I have been members of St. Albert the Great church for over 15 years, and I have taught youth faith formation and scripture for over a decade. The importance of community service and leadership has me involved with many local projects, including American flag placement on Veteran gravesites during Memorial Day activities, youth conservation projects, pancake breakfasts, and helping at Fireman Open houses. I also have coordinated the Sun Prairie's Scout for Food, food drive for the past several years. Lastly, working with the City of Sun Prairie, I developed a city-wide food drive that occurs with each local and national election called "Vote 4 Food."
Jesus is my Lord and Savior. My family consists of his wife Lisa, son Joshua, and my daughters, Sarah and Michaela. I treasure quiet time with my family and enjoy fishing, tennis, and collecting Star Trek memorabilia. These are my passions and priorities.

Front office staff are very friendly. I have had lower back, hip and leg pain for more than five months. I never went to a Chiropractor before but it was Amazing! After one visit I noticed a huge difference in the pain level. Went back yesterday and this morning I feel great. I highly recommend this place!

I want to say thank you to the drs at LSM. I have never been to a chiropractor before and I was having horrible back pain. I've gone in 3 times and I am feeling 100% better! Had chronic hip pain and tried everything but replacement. A friend suggested LSM. I didn't have anything to lose, so I gave it a try. It wasn't instant relief, but after a few sessions I could feel significant improvement. I was pain free by the sixth session. I want to see what the doc can do with my shoulder. She is amazing!

I have had back issues all of my life and primary doctor only offered pain pills. I found LSM and they even accepted Medicaid. I have had back,neck and upper leg issues(going numb). The doctor really helped me where I have mobility again and much less. Dr. E is wonderful and the entire staff treats you like family! Thank you!!!
